This policy explains how Digital All News selects, prepares, checks and corrects its coverage.
Source selection
We prioritize primary sources: official announcements, product release notes, documentation, regulatory filings and research papers from the organizations involved. We also monitor reputable technology publications to discover stories and add context, but we do not treat secondary reports as proof of product details, pricing or performance claims. We only use publicly available feeds and pages, and we do not bypass paywalls or access restrictions.
Our source list is maintained by our editors and includes official channels from AI developers and platforms such as OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Google, Microsoft, GitHub, AWS, NVIDIA, Meta, Hugging Face and ElevenLabs, alongside established technology news outlets.
Story selection
Stories are chosen for significance, recency, usefulness to readers and whether the facts can be verified. Several outlets reporting the same announcement are treated as one story. Commercial considerations, including affiliate relationships, do not influence which news we cover. When there are not enough significant developments in a week, we publish less rather than padding.
AI-assisted drafting
We use AI tools to monitor sources and to prepare first drafts of news articles and our weekly roundup. Drafts are generated only from the source material collected for that story and are instructed not to add facts, quotes or figures that are not in those sources. Automated checks flag unsupported figures, unverified quotes and missing sources. These checks reduce errors but cannot guarantee accuracy, which is why drafts are reviewed before publication. Articles prepared this way are credited to the Digital All News Editorial Team and carry a note saying so.
Fact verification
- Every news article links to the sources it relies on, with the original announcement listed first where one exists.
- Quotes are used only when the exact wording can be verified in a source; otherwise we paraphrase with attribution.
- Dates refer to when a development was announced. We do not change publication dates to make older stories look new.
- Predictions and analysis are labeled as such and kept separate from confirmed facts.
Reviews and product information
Product pages and reviews describe features, pricing and terms as published by the vendor on the date shown. If we have not tested a product ourselves, we say so and base our overview on the vendor’s materials and other verifiable information. We do not publish invented testimonials, ratings or income results.
Affiliate independence
We earn commissions from some product links. These relationships are disclosed on the pages where they appear and in our affiliate disclosure. Affiliate potential does not affect news selection, and we do not accept payment for news coverage.
Corrections
When we get something wrong we fix it. See our corrections policy for how to report an error and how corrections are noted.
